OneKey Design Privacy Policy applies to the user, as defined under 1. Definitions below, who uses our website or other services. Here we inform you on our privacy policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. In this Privacy Policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OneKey Design.

The “user”, “you” , “customer”, and “visitor” refer to anyone who use(s) our website or other services. 

This means by visiting our website, downloading MyCodePage Evaluation Version or the order and purchase of MyCodePage Authorized Version, communicating with us through our online chat, and subscribing to our email newsletter.

“Digital products”, “product”, “products” refer to software applications that are developed by OneKey Design and offered digitally.

2. MyCodePage.com

The brand MyCodePage and website www.mycodepage.com are part of OneKey Design. OneKey Design’s company value is to create software applications that users can rely on and incorporate to their daily lives. In order to meet our goals to provide our customers with secure software applications we make it a priority to respect your privacy and handle all of your information with care and discretion.

We collect only the most essential data necessary for the purpose of our business. Except for purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, we never provide personal data of our visitors and customers to other parties.

3. Modifications

4. Use Of Personal Information

Evaluation Download

Since we offer visitors to download the Evaluation Version of our applications, their names and email addresses are required. We use this information to notify our users about new products, product updates and upgrades. IP addresses are, in contrast, automatically collected whenever a download takes place. Orders

As customers purchase our products we need to process and deliver their orders. That’s when we collect their names, email addresses, and payment data. 

The third party that manages and completes the payment processes for us have their own privacy policy. For more information, please consult with their policy.

Email list

Communication with our (potential) customers generally happens through email. To keep them updated on our new releases, product upgrades as well as relevant news, we collect their email addresses. Email addresses are used for this purpose exclusively.

If however you no longer wish to receive these updates, sign off from our email list anytime through the link in our emails.

Contact Form

Similarly, when visitors submit the contact form on our website they are required to enter their salutations, names, and email addresses. With this information we are able to respond to their enquiries effectively.

As soon as the enquiry is fully resolved, we will no longer keep this information.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for our business purposes or legal requirements. The only exception to this is our legal and administrative compliance.

5. Sharing Information With Third Parties

Information that we collect from our customers is mostly for our own need. The only exception to this is for legal and administrative purposes.

An example to this is that we only share information with third parties to meet with agreements of processing and completing payments.

For our email communication we use third party email services. In the exceptional case that we have to share your information this will only happen with your explicit consent.

Your Personal Information is stored in our password protected Client Database. The Client Database is stored on, and only accessible from, our local computer. This local computer has no connection to the internet. Information in the database is therefore under no circumstance accessible through the internet.

Evidently, we never share data from the Client Database with third parties, except when needed for legal and administrative purposes.

This website is protected with a SSL certificate. Consequently, personal information and payment transactions are protected. In addition, the online payment process is protected by our Payment Service Provider.
