OneKey Design License Agreement applies to the user, as defined under 1. Definitions below, who downloads or installs software from OneKey Design. You agree to accept all the terms as stated in this license agreement once the option to download the software is exercised.
In this License Agreement “we”, “publisher” and “our” all refer to OneKey Design.
The “user”, “you” and “customer” all refer to any person or party from 18 years of age and older who/that downloads MyCodePage Password Manager, either the Evaluation Version or is a registered user of the Authorized Version.
“Digital products”, “product”, “products” refer to software applications that are developed by OneKey Design and offered digitally.
“MyCodePage Password Manager” is a software application developed by OneKey Design.
Both “MyCodePage” and “MyCodePage Password Manager” in this agreement, refer to the same software application.
“Licenses” entitle the user to the functionalities of OneKey Design’s software applications to a certain extent with the Evaluation License, or to the full extent with the Authorized License.
“Licensed products” refers to our software applications that are licensed to you by purchase of our Authorized versions of our software applications.
The terms in this agreement always apply to all parts of the (software) application and the application as a whole, and inherently, to all versions of the application.
By downloading and installing the Evaluation Version of MyCodePage, you are licensed to the Evaluation Version of MyCodePage.
No part of the application may be reproduced without written permission from the publisher, in any form or by any means, including icons, imagery, and development concepts.
All of our Evaluation versions have certain limitations which we find acceptable for the purpose of evaluation. These limitations however will not interfere with the user’s experience as the essence of the program’s purpose is maintained.
We are not obligated to provide any additional functionalities other than already included in the Evaluation version of MyCodePage.
By purchasing the Authorized Version of MyCodePage you are licensed to the Authorized Version of MyCodePage, and therefore to the functionalities included in the Authorized Version.
No part of the application may be reproduced without written permission from the publisher, in any form or by any means, including icons, imagery, and development concepts.
The Authorized License entitles the user to keep an unlimited amount of records, or however many the computer can process, to be managed and saved in MyCodePage.
Users are under no circumstances authorized to (re)sell MyCodePage to third parties without written permission from the publisher. We provide each license for each individual user. A license is therefore uniquely linked to each individual user at purchase.
If you provide any of our software licenses to any third party without our consent and written permission, you will risk a fine the amount of 8,000 Euros per sold or passed down copy. We’d like to point out that this will also effect your own privacy and data safety being compromised as the copies provided are linked to your own personal license.
We provide an unique license for each individual user. A license is therefore uniquely linked to each individual user at purchase.
With the purchase of our software you accept our terms of use. We require that you take full responsibility of keeping your license and passwords save and private.
We will under no circumstance provide license or customer information to any user or third party due to privacy reasons, see our Privacy Policy.
If any form of system hack occurs while MyCodePage is installed on your system, we are not responsible for however the cause may have abused or compromised your data or computer system, in the past, present, or future. Any damage caused to the user’s system or private information is beyond our control and reach. We are therefore not accountable for any personal, legal or financial damage to and privacy violations to the user, whether or not directly or indirectly caused by the user or third party.
When any of the following or similar cases occur that cause data loss or corruption of any kind while MyCodePage is installed on your system, OneKey Design can not be held responsible for any personal, legal, or financial damage, or violation of the user’s privacy.

All our products are digital. We do not provide any physical copies to our customers.
Prices mentioned on this website are VAT included. All prices on our website are in Euros.
There may be exchange rate differences, depending on the currency of your country.
All additional costs and fees concerning bank transfers, exchange rate differences, and other payment services, are for the account of the customer.

Before you download and install whichever license or version of MyCodePage, we assume that you have checked your computer and system specifications first. We are not responsible for any failures to your computer system, that might be caused by the installation of our software applications at the time of, or after, download or installation.
Our software has gone through thorough testing. Our software and licenses are scanned by legitimate antivirus software during and after production, and prior to delivery to our customers. For the most up-to-date system requirements please check here for system requirements.
We do not provide any services for recovering passwords due to privacy reasons, regardless of the circumstances under which passwords can no longer be restored.
We are, under no circumstance, responsible for MyCodePage not longer being accessible on your system. We do not provide password recovery services of any kind. Neither are we accountable for any personal, legal or financial damage or privacy violations as a result of this. See also 7. Data Loss.
As stated previously under 5. Privacy, we require that you take full responsibility of keeping your license and passwords save and private.

All of our digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Every license of MyCodePage Authorized Version is uniquely linked to the individual user and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
As soon as you start to download our digital products, we assume that you have read this agreement and informed yourself of its content. By downloading our digital products you consent to the terms as stated in this agreement which are valid with immediate effect.
The moment you purchase our licensed products you agree to the terms and conditions by checking the checkbox I have read and agree to the terms and conditions*. The terms and conditions is available through the link in this text on the website’s checkout page, and also through the link in our website’s footer.
By checking the checkbox I have read and agree to the terms and conditions* on the website’s checkout page you agree to give your consent to closing a sales contract with us. Subsequently, the contract is considered to be signed by you by checking this checkbox.
This agreement is available on our website https://mycodepage.com and in the software’s installation setup wizard.
We provide MyCodePage Evaluation Version free of charge for the purpose of trial and evaluation. This way users are able to evaluate MyCodePage prior to purchase of an Authorized License. Users of the Evaluation Versions are never obligated to upgrade to or purchase the Authorized Version.
